For no good reason that is clear to me, I have been thinking about getting my wicked ex-wife a nice used Subaru Forester.

I need the name of a dealer in the Auckland area. Contact info would be wonderful.

Thank you!

,,, buy second hand direct from Japan - it still works out much cheaper even with all the compliance drama you have to go thru. In fact, the ex can run the vehicle thru all those hoops. Why are you looking after your ex so well anyway?

Also, have you made any new friends of the solid-waste folks of late? Last I heard you shook someone's hand and they hauled off an old refrigerator for you or some such.

Additionally, weren't you then one talking about wrestling your dog and dislocating one of its legs? How has that been going? Any new moves to fill us in on? I have a dog that is half Jack Russell, half German Sheperd that needs a serious attitude adjustment.

You have a good memory.

The rotten SOB's have not hauled off all the bags of grass I put out there last week, however. They're only required to take one bag (in addition to the bin), but I thought we had become friends.

And there are many weeks when I put out nothing at all, while my neighbors usually always have their bins overflowing.

It's sort of odd. I suppose a $20 taped to the bin would solve the problem.

I don't recall that post, but that could have been me. I do have a dog, but he and I usually get along just fine. I was just outside brushing him. He loves to be brushed.

The coupling of his/her parents must have been an event. ;) Two of my favorite breeds, btw.

My neighbor up the street has a Jack Russell that we like to visit on our walks. She has an electric fence that seems to work pretty well.

Fwiw, that was a particularly useful link. Steve and I have been talking, and it looks like how I will go. He seems like a very nice person.

Thank you.
