The 14-year-old Lauderdale Lakes teen accused of raping a 10-year-old boy at knifepoint broke into tears today after a Broward judge sent him to jail.
Deandre Davis, who faces two counts of armed sexual battery in connection with the alleged attack in December, had been out on pre-trial release.
According to Broward sheriff's investigators, the 10-year-old victim started walking across the baseball field in Vincent Torres Park and saw Davis standing by the bleachers, kicking two garbage cans.
Davis, detectives say, grabbed the boy's shirt, pointed a 12-inch knife against his right temple and threatened to stab him if he didn't perform a sex act. The boy said no, but Davis persisted, pulling down his pants, grabbing his arms and sexually violating him, according to BSO. Davis has been charged as an adult, which means he is subject to harsher penalties if convicted.
On Friday, Circuit Judge Alfred Horowitz ordered the teenager to the juvenile section of the Broward County Jail after learning from pre-trial detention staff that Davis violated the terms of his release.
Deandre (where do these people get these names?) was just acting out the "Introduction To Homosexual Pleasures" that he had just been exposed to in the classroom and was sharing it with his little "friend."

You have to wonder who has been talking to the 14 year old and what he has been taught. Has he been told that homosexual acts are "normal". Has he been the object of abuse? At 14 masturbation should be entering the kids life, but the thought of forcing a smaller child to perform a sex act should be the farthest thing from his mind.
Television , media attention on Homosexuality, Sex education in school that teaches tolerance for Homosexual sex, The morals of a president who doesnt call fellatio having sex, parents who pay more attention to their own recreational activities than their kids , Not going to mass on Sunday or teaching the Golden Rule, all are a little piece of the big puzzle as to why our childrens morals are in the toilet.
Poor baby..My heart weeps...two lives ruined for nothing..If this thing wanted to ruin his life then so be it but taking the other ones innocence was wrong
This kid is lucky he doesn't live near me.
He only lives 30 minutes from me. Thirty is also the number of years he'll hopefully get in prison.
