My suggestion ----

Form a mugging organization, that operates in small groups, and start mugging ILLEGAL MEXICANS, take their money and give it BACK TO THE TAXPAYERS in return payment for all the free treatment they get (THAT WE PAY FOR!!) Maybe they will get tired of being mugged, and go back to Mexico!!!

You could have a big Cinco de Mayo bus trip for the illegals to get their amnesty forms. Once they are on the bus pull a switcheroo and drive them back across the border.
