Just flipped the breaker back on. Still running without turning the AC switch on. Time to call the landlady before she leaves for her vacation tomorrow.
Went to go run the vacuum and the
belt is broke. I always keep a spare belt. Problem is, I don't seem to have one. Now I have to drop everything and go to Walmart.
Murphy's Law in action.

May as well pick up a thermostat while you're out...

Drive people bonkers?
Hmm..
Honestly, we haven't thought of doing that yet.

The AC problem should be fixed by the landlord, or her minions - sadly, the vacuum is on your nickle...I just replaced our belt yesterday after noticing poor performance on lifting all the poochie hair.

Yeah, when it stops picking up cat hair, it loses its usefulness.

No A/C try the pool.

Anyone have a pool cover like this?
Today it kept the pool heated at 88ºF with the sun.
To: Woliff
Too cute, by half.
I've never seen such a device.
What's the ambient temp there?
(Is it time for a cocktail?)

I have never seen one like that even here in our corner of the third world as grannie never fails to remind me.
The temp today was only in the upper seventies - warmer in the pool that outside. Here is a shot from within the pool by your intrepid cameraman.

To: Woliff
Don't worry, with our open borders we'll soon resemble some third-world cesspool soon enough...and the places that we've visited in Spain were simply top-notch.
I'd live there in a heart-beat if I could bring my toys with me. And I'm not speaking of the golf clubs...
Mega cheers over there.

We have toys too to entice and entrance the most jaded of us gentlemen. LOL
To: Woliff
Faaaaaaaabulous pics, Woliff. I would love to try that pool out.. It looks soooo good.
I wonder if it is snow proof? ;)

We have had some good storms here so have been offline. Sun's out now, and the temp has dropped more than 20 degrees.. yeah baby....;)

We will never know as we don´t have snow in our little area of the world.
It is really nice, you can enjoy the pool without even having the first shiver on entering - of course you never want to come out as it is colder outside.
