Understatement
As a fan of this show, I find myself agreeing with the voting public most of the time. Scott is still around because -- for all his weaknesses -- he is edgier and sings from the heart. Also, voters can identify with the guy who is overweight, un-glamorous and the opposite of slick.
Constantine had to go because there are two male rockers and Bo Bice is clearly better.
Vonzell looks better than she sounds. Bo should win. Carrie will be runner up.
Scott is Cleveland's Most Wanted (i.e. sequel to Malibu's Most Wanted) ...

He sings a love song as still has his wannabee gangsta hand gestures going.
At work, we make fun of this guy all of the time. You know the "N" word. Replace the N with a W.!
Any show that starts out with 4 black, 4 white, and 4 brown girls and 4 black, 4 white, and 4 brown boys is rigged from the get go.
This is just more PC b.s. being sold as "America's Choice" or "America's Ideal".
Saying those 24 contestants were the legit best of the best would be like saying Barry, Sammy, and Mark are legit.
Understatement
Although Vonzell has sounded a lot better the last few weeks. She is more your prototypical pop star, so it would be good to have a rocker or a country singer win. All three are much better than Rubin or Fantasia. La Toya London was last years best, although she lacked the charisma to be a star.
The eye makeup Connie had on was nauseating. You'd never see that on Scott. Not that Scott isn't anything more than a self-centered punk.
I liked Nadia.
