Golf World Rocked by Sex Charges

Female professional golfer Jackie Gallagher-Smith has been slapped with a bombshell lawsuit by her former caddie, who charges that she enticed him into a steamy sexual relationship so she could conceive the child she couldn’t have with her husband.

In the suit, filed in Palm Beach County, Fla., on April 27, Gallagher-Smith’s former caddie Gary Robinson, 26, claims the golf pro’s actions made him "an unwitting sperm donor” and were "beyond all bounds of human decency.”

Robinson says he’s seeking damages for "severe emotional distress” for pain and suffering due to Gallagher-Smith’s refusal to allow him access to the child, born in March of this year.

Robinson is represented by prominent Palm Beach attorney Cathy Lively. The suit was filed in Florida, as Gallagher-Smith lives in Palm Beach County.

According to the lawsuit obtained by NewsMax.com, Gallagher-Smith was 36 years old when Robinson began serving as her caddie on the LPGA tour in February 2004. Robinson was 25.

The blonde-haired Gallagher-Smith joined the LPGA in 1994 and has earned more than $1.1 million in tournament winnings. She married her husband, Eddie Smith, in 1992.

Robinson alleges that their physical relationship began with suggestive comments from Gallagher-Smith and requests that he "massage her back, neck, and shoulders . . .”

The relationship developed in April 2004 when Gallagher-Smith invited Robinson to stay at her Palm Beach County home "as her husband was out of town.”

After watching golf videos and a movie, the couple became intimate.

"While seated together on the couch, Gallagher-Smith began to move closer and ultimately physically placed herself on Robinson’s lap and began kissing him.”

Over the course of the next few weeks, the golfer "induced Robinson to enter into a sexual relationship,” he claims.

Then, during a tournament in June, Gallagher-Smith invited Robinson to stay with her in her hotel room "wherein the parties engaged in daily sexual activity,” according to the suit.

"On or about June 27, 2004 . . . Gallagher-Smith, with the intent of conceiving a child, intentionally induced Robinson to engage in unprotected sexual intercourse and encouraged that he take no preventive measures.”

Gallagher-Smith told Robinson she was pregnant in mid-July and said she believed he was the father of the child, according to the lawsuit.

The suit continues:

"Robinson’s beliefs that Gallagher-Smith’s actions were intentionally done for the purpose of conceiving are strengthened by the fact Gallagher-Smith had advised Robinson that she had wanted a child; that she and her husband had been attempting to conceive a child but that they had been unable to do so.”

Robinson further charges that Gallagher-Smith never intended to allow him to have any part in the child’s life, "forcing Robinson to go through the rest of his life questioning whether he was a father and forever wondering about what he believed to be his child.”

Ironically, Gallagher-Smith – who leads Bible study groups - is a Christian athlete and member of Life Athletes, a group whose "commitment” includes this statement: "I will give myself only to that special person I marry as my partner for life.” And according to Robinson’s lawsuit, "Gallagher-Smith would encourage Robinson to engage in sexual relations and then invite him to join her at bible study meetings.”

Edwin Belz, Gallagher-Smith’s attorney, issued a terse comment to NewsMax. "It’s extortion,” he said.

I am disappointed in all of you Freepers.

Thus far, NO ONE has made one comment, joke or innuendo about:

Bags, balls, putters, etc.

He was using his fairway woodie.

He scored a hole in one.

He was playing in deep rough.

He had a four stroke average.

Bags, balls, putters, etc.

I think this caddy was complaining about all of the mulligans he was "induced" to endure.

(That's all I could come up with.)

Somehow the terms 'Greg Norman', 'Bill Clinton', and 'stairs' belong in this article.

This caddie is a POS ... he probably felt he was coming up short on caddie fees based on her abysmal winnings. Not enough he's hosing her ... now he has to get a lawyer involved. America, the most litigious society on the planet ... with more scumbag lawyers per capita than any country in the world.

This guy's case is absurd. Now a man can sue for willingly fooling around and being dumb enough not to use contraception? I guess so if the defendant has some megabucks that you want.

I hope the judge laughs him out of court.

Rules of Bedroom Golf

1. Each player shall furnish his own equipment for play.
2. Play must be permitted by the owner of the hole.
3. Unlike outdoor golf, the object is to get the club in the hole and keep the balls out.
4. For most effective play, the club should have a firm shaft. Course owners are permitted to check shaft stiffness before play begins.
5. Course owners reserve the right to restrict club length to avoid damage to the hole.
6. The object of the game is to take as many strokes as necessary until the course owner is satisfied that play is completed. Failure to do so may result in being denied permission to play the course again.
7. It is considered bad form to begin playing the hole immediately upon arrival at the course. The experienced player will normally take time to admire the entire course with special attention to well-formed bunkers.
8. Players are cautioned not to mention other courses they have played, or are currently playing, to the owner of the course being played. Angry course owners have been known to damage players' equipment for this reason.
9. Players are encouraged to bring proper rain gear for their own protection.
10. Players should ensure that the match has been properly scheduled, particularly when a new course is being played for the first time. Previous players have been known to become irate if they discover someone else playing on what they considered to be a private course.
11. Players should not assume a course is in shape for play at all times. Some players may be embarrassed if they find the course to be temporarily under repair. Players are advised to be extremely tactful in this situation. More advanced players will find alternative means of play when this is the case.
12. The course owner is responsible for manicuring and pruning any bush around the hole to allow for improved viewing of alignment with, and approach to the hole.
13. Players are advised to obtain the course owner's permission before attempting to play the back nine.
14. Slow play is encouraged. However, players should be prepared to proceed at a quicker pace, at least temporarily, at the course owner's request.
15. It is considered outstanding performance, time permitting, to play the same hole several times in one match.

Is there something in there about replacing all divots or taking too long on the tee?
