He basicaly said part of GM's lack of sales is due to their low average gas mileage which is about 20mpg. Ford is 18 and the Japanese are up around 25-30.

Thanks. I wonder if he had any comments as to the potential "macro" effects on the economy (ergo his model and how it signals the market(s) direction) should the GM situation actually deteriorate further even to the point of GM going Chapter 11.
