Normally I'd think one would have to be a real scum bag to joke about condoms, but it appears the innovative Indians have tapped into their reservoir of creativity and really expanded the use for for propholaxis. They may take a ribbing for it, but apparently they're pretty well insulated from any barbs we may be slinging.
