If you want on or off the Mac Ping List, Freepmail me.
Oh, I thought this was about Tiger's wife.
I think I'll buy a new mac the day Tiger pre-installed is available.
I'm going to hold off a few weeks until I hear how the upgrades go. Every one I have done so far has been smooth, but I prefer to let other people find the landmines.
I'd love it when the press confuses indifference with smugness, except it's just so condescending and ironic.
Why on earth would some reporter think I have even a single care about how I stand vis-a-vis some hypothetical Windows user?
Could it be projection?
Giving up on Dos and Windows after twenty years was one of the best decisions I ever made.
If you are a gamer or someone who likes to own and use dozens of weird software programs I suppose Bill's box is still a better solution. There is nothing I use my computer for that I can't do as well or better on my Macs and of course I'm not constantly hasseling with spyware like the majority of computer users are.
I'm in no rush to jump to Tiger but when the bugs are worked out I definitely will.
One out of 33?
That's too bad for the other thirty-two, seriously. I was a lifetime windows guy until last year and I wouldn't dream of going back.
ZERO crashes. ZERO spyware. ZERO hassle.
I don't know how anyone can put up with Windows for more than an hour. I certainly can't. Not anymore. I just don't understand the downright hostility that some people have towards Macintosh Computers.
