Yeah, the legal fees would be painful to follow up on.
Only time I personally had a hand in something of that nature, a kid using the handle "Valentine's Kiss" signed up on a webforum I was once a part of.
Well, Valentine's Kiss quickly became abusive and vindictive.
They started posting porn and abuse to everyone who they thought had slighted them.
Eventually they were legally barred from having internet access due to their behavior.
But the forum users had to document the harrassment.
The mods and the boss would have ot take the issue up with the ISP the guy is using.
The ISP would know his personal info, name home phone and such, if he's using his home puter.
And if he's using his work computer, he'll be in hot water.
What happens if he uses a public computer,like from the library or such?
