Here is the reason you maintain your slender form, whilst I am always doing the Weightwatcher thing: you LIKE salads! I like them once in a while, but when I am hungry I want things like pizza, cheeseburgers, and potatoes! LOL!

Maybe I should get hypnotized!

Our AC and furnace are in and operating! Those guys really worked hard, especially because the furnace and AC unit were at the opposite ends of the house from the driveway...and the furnace downstairs, as well! But they got done by 4:30.

The furnace is half the size of our old one, and the blower is so quiet you can't hear it running.

We should save half the amount on gas due to increased efficiency, since our old furnace was 30 years old.

Our next project (next year) will be new windows! Our house is at the age where the big bucks items are starting to come due. Last winter we did carpet, now furnace and AC, next windows.

Then it will be time to get new drapes for the LR, but I haven't sprung that one on Mr. Marple yet. HA!
