A hundred years ago between semesters at college I worked at an industrial plant that filled 45 gallon cryogenic vessels with N2, O2 and Argon.

If the nitrogen or argon vessels came back in with product I used to hook a metal hose to the dip-tubed liguid outlet and used it to "sweep" the dock. Gaseous N2 blew the dust into the air and then right back down. The liquid would adsorb (not a typo) the dust and then roll right off of the dock leaving it clean as a whistle.

One guy actually froze a dirty little rat in liquid O2 and then threw him against a cinder block wall. Blew an approx. 10" x 10" hole through it. As we all know, mixing O2 with hydrocarbons is NOT a good idea.

Ahhh ..... those were the days.
