The extended trailer they showed during some cop show the other night made me think the role of Satan was highly fictionalized, I'm not sure what "fact" about Satan you consider to be true. Satan's greatest trick is convincing people he does not exist. So I think fiction that explores the reality of Satan and evil can be good
and the Faith vs Science and the sexual tension between the Nun and Scientist gave me a wave of revulsion. SD

Not sure what "faith v Science" means. I've seen it described almost like an X Files, with one partner "beliving" and the other being more skeptical. And the same article also said there was no intention of developing a romantic or sexual relationship between the two.

That isn't what I said. You can have sexual tension, without sex. It is wholly inappropriate.

What I said was from scripture.
According to Revelation 22:15, these will be outside the heavenly city: dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whoever loves and makes a lie.

Jesus gave Himself as the perfect sacrifice - sufficient for all people, for all sins, for all time.
First John 2:2 tells us Jesus "is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world".
First John 1:7 says "the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanses us from all sin" not just some sins - the blood of Jesus Christ cleanses all sin.
And Hebrews 9:26 tells us Jesus "suffered
once
to put away sin by the sacrifice of Himself".
Only those who have repented of their sins and put their trust in Jesus Christ will escape the wrath of God.
John 3:16-18,36 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.

It matters not who wrote what. For no mortal wrote one word of the entire Bible.
The wording, intentions, meanings and teachings are all divine and are not the construct of humankind.
Disputes may be settled at a later date. Hopefully, present company NOT excluded, as we will all be in awe of that which is revealed.
