Thanks. Do you have any idea where lagrangenews got this information? I emailed the editor yesterday, including the fact that I am a writer/columnist in New England and gave her the info to check me out.
I figured it would get more of a head's up that way.
Can't say for certain that this gave her the "better check this out" impetus or not - but glad it's been written. That gives the story legitimacy with our contacts like Sean, Rush, FOX etc

I see, so you have no problem at all that this story may be fabricated? what?
Do you think the LaGrange local paper would run a story llike this on thier front page without checking it out? They'd get sued big time for slandering the Hospice, and all others concerned, not to mention be in very hot water with their readers.
The LaGrange paper is in the same town - hello?
anyone want to read the local paper of the town involved:

More to JeanS from me, maine-iac7
You can also go to the site listing ALL the Georgia newspapers -
http://www.start4all.com/newspapers/georgia.htm
and scroll done to GRANGE NEWS, La - to find the town's newspaper with the front page story on Mae.
http://www.lagrangenews.com/
so no, I doubt the story is "fabricated".
I'm in the newspaper business - we sure wouldn't run a local story like this involving a local Hospice, without checking it out...

Thanks, I'll take your word that this is a true story, although possibly not completely accurate.
My family had to make some hard decisions two years ago when my mother and her mother were seriously ill. Unfortunately they both died within a month of each other. I am grateful you were not involved in our decisions regarding their care.

"I am grateful you were not involved in our decisions regarding their care." Where you come from, is hateful considered constructive communication? ... First you accuse the paper then the poster of untruths, then you sling an insult without any cause to do so. Been around the Terri death squad at FR too long, hon?

I did some google searches and this is the only source for this story. WND picked it up as did some Terri Schiavo blogs.
I did not want Terri to to be murdered, your "death squad" comment was out of line.
