It sure is going to be nice here today, maybe we can get the posts cemented. The holes were filled with water yesterday with all the rain we had, wow, a gully washer.

We got good news yesterday, the acre's around out little neighborhood has increased 3 thousand dollars a acre since we bought ours. I wanted to pick up a few acre's for investment but don't know if I will now or not.

The same happened here. We bought 12 acres and then 5 acres to the left of us went on the market a few years later. Oh how I wish we had bought it. Not that I'm anti neighbor, but a contractor bought the property and he built the cheapest houses he could. Four out of the five were built on slabs. Unfortunately for the owners , they were not aware that in the spring the area where their houses were built gets flooded because of underground springs. The contractor was a shyster.
