Chelsea Clinton has fallen off the wagon and is slinging back cocktails and liquor shots with binge-drinking abandon, worried pals tell GLOBE

Friends say Chelsea is hitting the sauce like she did during her party-harty days at Oxford University because she's worried about losing the two most important men in her life--her dad Bill and her boyfriend, Ian Klaus,

"Ian is working as a civilian for the new government in Iraq, and Chelsea knows he could be killed or kidnapped at any time," says a friend.

"Adding to her anxiety is the fact that they parted on a sour note.

"At the same time, she is increasingly alarmed over her dad's failing health."

Pals say chelsea, 25, is haunted by fears that Bill Clinton will die before giving her away at her wedding if she does marry Ian--that is, if Ian doesn't get killed first!

"She's such a wreck," adds the friend, "she can't help but drown her sorrows and fears in booze."

I guess I'm just a piece of garbage in your eyes...and I guess I don't care! I haven't made fun of anyone for their interest in the Scheivo case...Although I'm not a Catholic, I admire the Pope and haven't tried to disrupt or begrudge any postings about his passing. In fact, I don't belittle anyone for any interest in any subjects about which I don't have any interest!

There seems to be room for all kinds of interests, and no one needs to urinate on anyone else's parade.

I can't imagine he's there working to HELP the new government, not someone that involved with the Clinton family. Or maybe it was the best way he could think of to get away from little miss spoiled....she wouldn't follow him there. Some people go to great lengths to "break up" with someone when they don't have the guts to just do it.

As much as I understand the sentiment behind your comment, I think we need to recognize that not all Americans working in Iraq right now are conservatives.

There are Americans of all kinds working in and supporting the efforts of our country - we should never forget that, no matter how much we all may disagree about other issues.
