The people taking themselves too seriously are the ones who allow no disagreement from fellow FReepers when these contentious issues come along, who have allowed their emotions to rule their reason, and who take a single issue and make it into the turning point for American history and all humanity.

Nobody supported starving anybody; it's just that you, and others with shoe-sized IQs, have such a limited mental capacity to make distinctions and to support the rule of law, that you had to characterize those who didn't roll in the dirt as "murderers."
