Why is her estranged husband allowed to get away with this? I know the ACLU supports him and he has donated money to Judge Greer, but common!

The states takes away kids from parents every day and puts them in Foster Care. Why can't the state take Terri and put her in the care of her parents? I can't for the life of me understand how they are getting away with not giving her water and a little food. This is an outrage.
