They did Janet Reno in a bunny suit snatching foreign kids 3 days after the Easter raid-n-grab of Elian Gonzalez.

Yeah. I know, I guess I AM too serious. AND-- It has gotten me NOWHERE. Especially with women. I WILL try to lighten up, a litttle more.(But-- I STILL watch old, classic cartoons, like Tom and Jerry, flintstones, jetsone and loony toons, and sometimes, laugh till it hurts!!!)

Have you all seen this incredible tape of Terri opening her eyes for the dr. - he keeps saying "open you eyes{ - so she finally arches her eyebrows high and her eyes wide as if to say: "Hey, how about THIS!"
It will make you laugh and then cry - SHE IS THERE - she needs therapy...THIS IS A MUST - must get it our everyone. I've sent it to all the FOX addresses, Rush, Hannity ets - but they have to get slammed with this to pay attention, so it doesn't get lost.

It's important to be able to laugh, and especially if the subject is totally vile. I'm not saying that lightly. To be able to see the humor in a more grand perspective of a serious thing is to be able to laugh with God at the frailty and senselessness of man.

We're pretty funny critters, especially when we're trying to be serious.

I'm not so sure there is really a slant to this one, because the premise was totally off the wall, and there were a lot of details that were specifically - I think intentionally - different. A written living will, the fact that Kenny was actually dead and then brought back to life, and other things jumped out at me as purposeful differences.

I don't think the moral of this story is to let Terri die, not at all.

The moral of this story (as I see it, anyway) is to not get so serious as to lose one's ability to laugh.

The most important thing to remember in all of this is that the Japanese have no souls.

WHY, do intelligent conservatives here, seem to applaud a sick, demented show like "south park", making light of such a far-reaching subject?

I like South Park a lot, don't know about this episode though, I can take almostany joke, but any parody on the Terri Schindler case will not sit too well with me, but I'll watch it and judge for myself.

The RCA 2000 for 1969, an intersting set, if you have one, it is a gem. I have a 1970 Zenith Chromacolor 23" set I'd like to fix up if I get the time and money.

Someday, I'd love to have a "roundie" color TV like my aunt had.

we are pretty funny critters.
i have always said don't laugh at others if you can't laugh at yourself.
stuck here in the ol' salt mines, damn, wish i could see this episode. south park is my all time favorite show.
been stuck on 2:30pm till 1:30 shift since november.
guess i really need to get tevo.
CARTMAN KICKS A**
i have alot of friends who don't get southpark. no matter how much i try to convince them of how truely vile and humorous it is. it may be the style of cartooning, the sidewards siddle of the characters.
must have been raised on owl jolson cartoons i guess.

Me too. I think the Cartoon Channel jumped the shark although I like the Adult Swim cartoons if I can catch them, especially, the "Aqua Teen Hunger Force." "Master Shake, Meatwad and Frylock" are cool. B-) I also liked it when MTV had "Liquid Television" too. I got to see the early Beavis and Butt-Head cartoons there along with sleep classics like "Slow Bob in the Lower Dimensions."

I still love the classics though. I always liked Jonny Quest.

THAT is my baby(the Rca2000. I DO have one.) I drove over 500 miles to get it about 3 years ago. MINE has another portable, 8" 1956 Rca portable tv sitting on it, along with several antique radios on each side(with a cloth under ALL of them... to protect the 2000's top.)

BTW-- That set on the bottom, is most likely a '64 or'65 model Rca, probably a CTC-15 chassis. I have a ctc 16, and a 1962 model ctc 11 Rca "roundie"(that is what we collectors affectionately call them), along with several Zenith roundie color sets, from the '60's, including a Combo-- tv/stereo console, from '64.Altogether, I have 9 of them. I may soon be coming into a '59 model Rca roundie color set.

That "Super Milk Chan" one could be the new Ren & Stimpy... it's just way out there.

I miss those old wooden cabinets...today's silver and black sets have no style to them.

Yeah we at AK, call all of that BPC( black plastic crap.) We love older stereo equipment, and Tv sets. I like the console tv sets, and have a 32' in my room, as my daily driver, that I fixed myself(it was a trade-in,from CC, when I worked there, last year).

Well, of course. That goes without saying.

Drool..... You colletion sounds neat. I have some old radios though, I'd like to bring up my KLH-21 FM only radio (circa 1967) so I can put it in the living room to listen to Rush, Hannity and Savage if I don't want to watch TV. B-) BTW, that roundie I pictured is an old Zenith but it looks so much like the RCA CTC-15 or 16 my aunt had. Getting into the 1950's with a color TV is something to have indeed. The holy grail for those is the first RCA color TV from 1954.

I'm on Audio Karma too. I'm "Nowhere Man 1966" and my avatar is a black Burmese cat with her eyes glowing, that was Muffin, one of my cats, she passed on last year. BPC, that is about right. Sure they are OK for setting on top of dresser or table, got a 1998 Zenith 19 incer myself, but I love the old console. Our daily watcher is a 1982 Zenith, 25" we got in 1983. Weird, I've been watching the same TV since I was in high school. B-)

Like the episode on sex change operation, that went from extreme to absolutely ridiculous. Which kinda pointed out how ridiculous the whole idea is!!

Haven't watched this issue yet, but sounds like they do it from several angles.

I agree, and after a good laugh, when you aren't so overwhelmingly consumed, good ideas come to mind, many times, even sllutions. At least that been my experience.

Aqua Teen Hunger Force is running close now with South Park for my favorite cartoon. It is getting better with each season.
