Bush Elector is DISGUSTED with Pres/Gov Bush's FAILURE to STAND UP against JUDICIAL HOMOCIDE and their TOTAL FAILURE to take Terri into protective custody in the face of a TREMENDOUS amount of evidence indicating FRAUD, CORRUPTION, COLLUSION, CONSPIRACY among the perpetrators!
Frankly, I am also disgusted with President Bush's FAILURE to send in FEDERAL SWAT teams to protect an American citizen who is a victim of ABUSE and JUDICIAL HOMOCIDE!
And IF---and I emphasize the word IF---IF my understanding is correct that Jeb Bush CALLED FELOS AND TO ALERT HIM THAT HE WAS COMING WITH THE DCF TO GET TERRI as well as ANNOUNCED IT TO THE WORLD---PRIOR TO TAKING CUSTODY---Jeb is an ABSOLUTE FOOL and can no longer be trusted with a Florida Governorship, much less the Presidency of the U.S.!
Presidents and Governors are SWORN to uphold the U.S. Constitution. That IS their Oath of Office!
And when they UTTERLY FAIL at doing so in a LIFE AND DEATH case which will set precedent for ALL Americans, they need to be called on the carpet for it!
Perhaps you need a Civics 101 lesson.
Good post.
Count me in on voting against Jeb in his bid for higher office. Most Americans were hesitant of a Bush dynasty but Jeb was offered an opportunity that no one has had before in the history of American politics. He could have stepped up to the plat and become a HERO not only in America but the world. He didn't have the guts to do so and the world watched as he let the presidency slip through he weak and shaking fingers.
He did exactly that when he called press conference to make that announcement. Then, when Greer issued the injunction it became clear that Bush had done so, as if asking Greer to do something to stop him because he really doesn't want to do it, just to make it look like he's trying. It was a sham.
This way they both, Greer & Bush, got what they wanted. Bush can claim he did all he could within the law and Greer got to kill Terri.
Your tag line sounds very DU. How about getting out of your chair and making history?
My tagline, if it's any of YOUR business, is a tribute to our great President who is changing the world.
The DU posters are so obvious. You can smell them a mile away.
Get a grip. Both men are following the law as they are being advised. Their advice maybe wrong.
The real anger should be at MS - it is he who wants his wife to die of starvation.
So true....so true.
Nope! I read the Constitution very well, thank you, and although not a lawyer, I am familiar with court proceedings. I have won SEVERAL cases against people who PERJURED themselves.
My lawyers and I have just recently won a CIVIL FRAUD and CIVIL CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT FRAUD case in which one or more of the conspirators committed PERJURY, TAX FRAUD, BANKRUPTCY FRAUD, MAIL FRAUD, SECURITIES FRAUD, MISAPPLICATION OF FIDUCIARY PROPERTY, etc. And I'm sure one of the perpetrators is thankful that he now owes the IRS $217,000 in back taxes because of my tenacious research of fraud.
One of my goals is to ensure that one to five people involved will get free room and board, as well as "designer orange" jumpsuits for a few years!
Since one of the perpetrators has publicly stated that he is (deathly) afraid of going to prison, and therefore "would never want to live like that," maybe the State will withhold food and water---according to his "wishes"---so he won't have to "live that way" for more than a few weeks.
BTW, I have a Burmese cat who is named Lawyer. Do you have any vacancies on your legal team? He's currently unemployed.
As I alluded to in my earlier post, Terri's first and foremost problem was the mistakes that her parents' original lawyer made by going along with Feces' Felos' claim of Terri's alleged "PVS" status. Unfortunately, THAT SEALED her purported condition of PVS as gospel.
TRUST BUT VRIFY WROTE: "BTW, I have a Burmese cat who is named Lawyer. Do you have any vacancies on your legal team? He's currently unemployed."
Sorry, but you'll have to take care of your own cat.
So you don't think my cat is as capable of litigator as you are? I do. And I mean that.
Your comment really wasn't worth the time to read it, much less respond to it. See 'ya.
They probably are. And yes, our overall anger should be directed at Michael (and at the Judges/Lawyers/FL-AG/etc. who have conspired with him). However, a Judge has no right to overrule a STATE LAW, e.g. that which ALLOWS/REQUIRES the DCF to take protective custody of an attempted murder victim such as Terri.
Well, if jeb is making this many republicans mad, he must be picking up some democrat votes. :D
