Get a grip. Both men are following the law as they are being advised. Their advice maybe wrong.

They probably are. And yes, our overall anger should be directed at Michael (and at the Judges/Lawyers/FL-AG/etc. who have conspired with him). However, a Judge has no right to overrule a STATE LAW, e.g. that which ALLOWS/REQUIRES the DCF to take protective custody of an attempted murder victim such as Terri.
