KAGNEW

IF ONLY HALF OF WHAT I HAVE READ AND HEARD ABOUT MICHAEL SCHIAVO IS TRUE....HE IS TRULY MR. LUST AND GREED. IT SHALL BE INTERESTING HOW MUCH MONEY HE WILL COME INTO AFTER TERRI'S MURDER WITH THE BLESSING OF OUR WONDERFUL JUDICIAL BRANCH OF GOVERNMENT.

I had one where all I did was ask the vanity poster why they had posted it in news/activism rather then chat.
I had about four Freepers stop by to bash me for being so mean. Out of all the posts on the thread only mine was posted to the originator. The rest were bashing me.
There by proving my point that it was not news. I had fun on that one!

I loved that show. Back then I liked dean Martin's show too. Anyone remember the Dingaling Sisters? Talk about disturbing teen hormones!?

I never was one for pointing out spelling errors, but twice in two days I have felt compelled, hehe.
I feel that someone who originates a thread, and especially someone who dares to post a vanity to chide others, should take some care with their words. But that's just me.
There's another who got banned, a newbie who was frustrated at posts running together. I thought it strange that it didn't care about its writing style, and it turned out to be an "angry poet".

When Terri DOES die, I expect Fr will go into Free Fall. You are SO right. This place has really surprised me this week. Some FReepers are so wound up that they are unable to keep themselves from sniping at each other. Amazing.

Yes.
And some of the very worst stuff is coming from people I truly like!
:-(
I think it was SteelWolf, the other night, who quoted "Pogo" with ''"We have met the enemy and he is us!"
Pinging Steel Wolf because i am talking about him.
Ping!

The Pogo line is totally self evident. FR's circular firing squad is in top notch form. For a little more cultural insight, I'd suggest that are two movie themes going on here as well.
'Bolt the doors and board up the windows' The first, obviously, is the 'Night of the Living Dead' zombie film that FR seems to be living through. Try reading through a Terri thread, and you will find feverish waves of FReepers moaning like zombies, clawing at every contrary opinion, and spouting rabid jibberish.
'Walter, this has nothing to do with Vietnam! Roaming outside of the Terri threads are the Walter Sobchecks types from 'The Big Lebowski'. Walter couldn't go two sentances without talking about Vietnam. Some posters here can't go to a thread on Iraq or Easter without finding some way to link it to Terri.

Why did he not hand over custody of Terri to her parents? That is a central question.
To: Steel Wolf
LOL!
Good comparisons!
I agree completely!
Zombies.
Where's Buffy when we need her?
(Walter's not actually John Kerry in disguise, is he? )
I like "Pogo" best, though.

For two days, I've read the troll zots, and I've been laughing so hard, I've cried. I had such a tough couple of weeks, I wish I could bake you all some cookies for a "thank you for the cheering up."
I am desperately trying to find the Viking kitties doing the LedZep "Valhalla." I saw it yesterday, and actually injured myself laughing. Can someone please, please tell me where to find it again?
