Uhm, Terri's lawyer - who doesn't practice that kind of law and was working probono, compared to Micheal spending 1.25 mil on his - did not present a good case and got her tail kicked.

I think there's a chance that the judge acted soley on what was presented in court, inside the law, even though he may have felt the decision was unfair. That happens alot in the real world.

The congress should disband the any court where an activist judge makes his own law. It called "balance of power." Congress is to make the law, not the courts.

U.S. Constitution Article 3 The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish.

The Black Robed Coup....

Your article says it completely.

Why hard working, law abiding taxpayers' like Terri's parents can't get a decent day in court for their disabled daughter's due process rights, then why the heck are we being forced to pay for the trials, and several appeals lasting years for murderers, rapists, child molesters, terrorists and their upkeep while residing in prison.

Terri Schiavo is sentienced to a heinous, barbaric, horrific, suffering death while the wife and baby killer, Scott Peterson is being fed his Easter Sunday Dinner.

Stop Judicial Homocide of the Innocent--Defund the Courts.

We can't have Congress disbanding judicial courts everytime they disagree with a ruling. Thats madness. Besides, there is no authority to do so in article 3. Ordain and establish, not disband and reform to your liking. Think of the power you would be giving to Hillary.

I agree! We need to thank those that stood in vigil. They are to be thanked for standing there all those hours and days peacefully and with dignity!
We all owe them gratitude for their showing the world what a true CCR is.
Thank you and God Bless!

"So what are the criteria for withholding water so that one dies of thirst?"

If someone has expressed a wish that they would prefer that to be kept alive in such a situation?

You have stated that they expressed the desire that water be withheld. That is one whale of a lie!!!!!! My living will states that hydration will be maintained, if someones living will states to withhold hydration they are wishing for torture.

I just love the term Attoreys, at-TORN-eys. M.S. attorney has done just that, he has been AT Torn the life of Terri apart for some time, with the help of a greedy judge the at-TORN-ey has been very successful.

I did not state anything about what your living will expressed. I stated that Terri had expressed a wish not to be kept alive in the situation that her body now finds itself.

I agree that it would be better for the law to be changed to allow an injection to be given in such circumstances. I doubt that Terri is suffering 'torture' as the brain areas that allow the perception of sensations are no longer present. If she does somehow retain some consciousness, however, it is even more imperitive that she be allowed to die as she wished, and would be unbearably inhumane to keep her alive and suffering against her expressed wishes.

Is this a vioation of the law?

"...Terri's breathing has changed and has recently become very labored. I am assuming this is happening so quickly because of the possible initiation of Woodside's "exit protocol." A protocol which delivers to her nebulized morphine, a narcotic which suppresses respirations. (see attached pdf exit protocol) The "exit protocol" was obviously written to enhance her death process..."

Did the Court order this? Was Whittemore informed of this? Who knew about this up until now. I'm glad if her suffering is eased, but it is also a form of poisoning at the same time.

FReegards....

What law be changed? The only law we are speaking of is the law of the judges. There is NO Law passed by our elected Representatives or in the Constitution about death by no hydration.

Any so-called law made by judges is unconstitutional. The Constitution gives to power to make law to the Congress only. There is NO power in the Constitution for judges and lawyers to make law although they have tossed the Constitution out and are now making law.

No law has been 'made by judges'. Nor should it be. The law allows people to make their own decisions on this matter and defends their right to do it. The next of kin is consulted if a person is not conscious to make their own decision.

Why would you want to attack those rights?

You have evidently not been following the news for the past several months. Judges have stated that killers cannot be executed. Years ago that babies can be killed. Marriage is not between a man and a woman. And hundreds of others that I will have to go look up. There in NOTHING IN the Constitution that says the judges have this power. They even stated that they were using the Fascist law of the EU to make their law.

Terri doesn't have a lawyer. Hino has a lawyer from the Hemlock Society. Terri's family has a lawyer representing their side. But Terri doesn't have legal representation. You've obviously haven't kept up with this over the years. That poor judge you say was only acting on what he was presented with, once declared himself her guardian. Ask if he ever went to meet her. Go ahead. Ask. The answer is NO! NO, NO, NO! No, he's never laid eyes on her in all these years. Now, ask another question, has he allowed her an attorney ad litem? Hmmm? Sure, he has so give him a pat on the back! Except, only weeks after "allowing" her an attorney ad litem, this same swamp judge kicked him off the case for merely requesting a swallow test be done so Terri has not even had someone representing her in court for over a decade. That swamp judge is legally blind in more ways than one. Unfair? Hell yes, it's unfair that Terri has had shoddy legal representation. Terri's monster of a two timing husband has an attorney from the Hemlock Society. Terri's loving family has an attorney as they want to have guardianship turned over to them but in the full legal sense is the family's attorney, not Terri's. Terri does NOT have an attorney and hasn't for about 98% of these last 15 years.

I stated that Terri had expressed a wish not to be kept alive in the situation that her body now finds itself.

Actually, she didn't. It wasn't until 7, count them s-e-v-e-n years later that hino suddenly remembered she wanted to die. Conveniently, it was after the suit where he whined and promised he'd spend the $1.7 million soley on her rehab. Her nurse was interviewed a couple nights ago (she's had an affidavit on file for years but the swamp judge won't let it become evidence along with boxes of other opposing evidence) and she stated hino changed after he got his winnings. Before his windfall, the nurse was his confidant whom he would cry on about not knowing what Terri wanted. After the $$$$, she said she won't talk to him because of his personality change and his obsession to kill Terri. Terri isn't suffering because her brain can't process pain??? Odd that you somehow know this when even hino acknowleges she feels pain and has instructed her nurses to give her pain meds during her periods because she has bad cramps.

"Actually, she didn't"

Succesive courts have decided that she did. The fact that you choose to accept conjecture over this says more about your prejudices than anything else.

"Terri isn't suffering because her brain can't process pain??? Odd that you somehow know this when even hino acknowleges she feels pain and has instructed her nurses to give her pain meds during her periods because she has bad cramps."

I was basing my opinion on the stated views of the qualified people who have actually examined Terri. What are you basing yours on?

Medical professionals would tell you, however, that we don't have perfect knowledge on the way that the brain processes such sensations. To the best of our current knowledge, she is incapable of feeling pain. As I said previously, however, if she were somehow able to feel pain, that would make it even more of an evil act to keep her alive for other people's benefit than it already is.
