Because a fight with judge Greer and the Florida police is far more personal than the sending of other men overseas to fight Saddam. I believe it's just that simple, it all boils down to a lack of courage and conviction.

(Note that Bill Clinton didn't fear sending in Federal Marshal to snatch Elian Gonzales and send him to the tyrant Fidel). This is why the liberals are winning their fight against conservatives, they will take the bold steps necessary to accomplish thier agenda. Conservatives won't. The main blame here isn't for Bush. It's for the 65% or so in Pinellas and Pasco counties who voted for Greer in 2004.
