This seems really unfair. What do you do if the judge is biased?
I don't know. The Florida judiary seems to be all screwy anyway. Remember, this is a Florida Supreme Court that had both of its rulings voided by SCOTUS in 2000 Bush V Gore. Voiding a ruling is SCOTUS's way of saying "put down the crack pipe".
Its a seperation of powers issue. What do you do when the Judiciary openly flouts/ignores action by the Legislature? I don't know what recourse there is, but quiting, sitting on the sidelines and letting Hillary appoint more of the same for the next 8 years is NOT the answer.
