DESPOTISM OF AN OLIGARCHY

The Supreme Court of the United States continues to undermine our Constitution causing the country to sink further into immorality and degradation. This is judicial tyranny, judicial activism, despotism of an oligarchy – pure and simple. The sooner the five Justices Anthony Kennedy, John Paul Stevens, David Souter, Stephen Breyer and Ruth Bader Ginsberg are replaced, the better!

Their recent 5 – 4 decision in Roper v. Simmons now protects from capital punishment juvenile (18 and younger) cold blooded murderers even though 12 states had capital punishment on the books for juveniles. Americans should be aware that high rates of killings in 2003 were perpetrated by youth gang members. Now one can expect rates to soar!

The Supreme Court’s nefarious decisions during the past four decades strike at the very heart of our treasured traditions: abortion on demand; expunging God of our schools; desecration of our flag; the removal of Ten Commandments (corner stone of our legal system) from public buildings; terrorists granted due process rights/legal advocates; sodomy not illegal; and on and on.

Republicans in Congress must grow backbones and put a stop to this insanity which they have the power to do. Don’t bet on Democrat help – they will only obstruct!
