" The first role of any government is to protect your life and property from being taken from you against your will...."

Where did you glean that bit of information?

Care to share the reference?

The statement is my own but I willing to debated the point if you feel different... lets start with

...certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness -- That to secure these Rights, Governments are instituted among Men,....U.S. Declaration of Independent

...

It states "That to secure these Rights, Governments are instituted among Men" ....

So Governments are instituted among Men" ...For a reason... to secure rights

....if there is no reason to do it then their is no reason to the institution of Government's

....I would say if there is no reason to do it there is no right to institute Government

....Life is listed...first among reason listed that "Governments are instituted among Men"....

I do not see "secure death" list as a reason listed that Governments are instituted among Men...

Note that the reason "Governments are instituted among Men"....is to "secure...Rights".... but death... needs no securing, it will come,...(the only thing for certainty is Death... and taxes?)

.... so their is no need for Government to be instituted among Men to secure death

So Government on the grounds to "secure death" has no right to be
