Oh thanks for clearing that up.
"He was with Terri for 5 years, but he has been with his new wife longer than that, and they have had two children together."
So he married his girlfriend and divorced Terri?
If so, then you are totally right.
But that hasn't happened, so if you still believe in the rule of law and CONSERVATIVES use to, you would have no choice but to still call him married to Terri.
Classic.

I wouldn't want to be anywhere near him during a thunderstorm either.
No, it is NOT fraudulent.
Explain to me, slick, how a fedding tube is 'life support' but a pacemaker is NOT.
MS made no mention of her (so called) until the litigation was over. Then brought it up and looted her account to pay for lawyers to get her dead.
I hope there is an autopsy.
Where did you glean that bit of information?
Care to share the reference?
"...you would have no choice but to still call him married to Terri."
Or we could call him a four-timing, philandering, law-breaking adulterer, couldn't we? But, that wouldn't square with your preconceived love affair with the murderer, would it?
There is No reasoning with a know-it-all like him/her. Especially one who hasn't, obviously, got even a SLIGHT background in any medical field. No more comments on this thread from me, as I don't intend to feed into him/her.
We know what is right and what is wrong.

14 (9) "Life-prolonging procedure" means any medical
15 procedure, treatment, or intervention, including artificially
16 provided sustenance and hydration, which sustains, restores,
17 or supplants a spontaneous vital function.
Pacemaker supplants a vital function and extends life beyond what would NATURALLY be without it.
It is life support under the above quoted Florida bill.
The woman was not termnially ill. She was NOT dying until her feeding tube was REMOVED. Is this not a state sanctioned murder?
Are you saying through your comments that if the Congress believes that the Judiciary is seriously wrong that it cannot do what is within its powers to right it? That would mean that the will of the people or the "Government of the people, by the people" is a fallacy.
"If she CAN'T eat or drink orally, any such injunction would be unnecessary... nd if she can, this is murder."
The voice of reason and facts!!!! Couldn't have put it more simply myself!

Agreed. How about insulin? Or dialysis? Blood transfusions for hemophiliacs? Heavens, there must be many more examples of human interference in life.
Alright, look, I don't want to get in a situtation where I am trading insults with you. Sorry about the earlier post.
We need the Ghost of Andrew Jackson to declare "Judge Greer has his writ... NOW LET'S SEE HIM ENFORCE IT!"
Why not? You seem to believe that it is good enough for Terri's 'end of life' decision.
