A fine question.
A better question, IMHO, is what will all of us who recognize the miscarraige of justice, the spinlessness of certain parties, etc. do to make our collective voices heard, and punish the responsible parties at the polls next time?

It is murder.
Due process and states' rights, for two things.
This is supposed to be a nation of laws, not men.
If new laws need to be passed pass them for everyone, not just 'any parent of Terri' - that they were unwilling to do that shows that this is just theater.
its so much fun listening to these godless morons calling being fed and hydrated "medical treatment". Unreal
Keep watching, we're going to see an increasing number of these cases. Yesterday I heard about a case coming up in PA. that is very similar to this one.
He has already sought and received an order from, who else - Greer - that she will be cremated immediately, as I have read.
Since it tends to be the philistine end of the conservative movement that sides with Michael, I imagine some of them will see if he needs a financial advisor. Someone posted here that the book deal he will get off his wife's death is about $5 million. (Perhaps he will start a non-profit called "30 Pieces of Silver" and have himself installed as executive director at $450,000 a year.)
I would say send the US Marshals down there (with the National Guard if necessary) tomorrow to enforce that document.
I see.
What brand of champagne will you be drinking when the undertaker arrives?
I don't think anyone really wins.
I'm torn on this issue. I don't want to see an innocent woman suffer and die needlessly. I also understand the spouses rights as well. Why is this all happening now after this has been in the courts for FIFTEEN YEARS???
Instead of legislating from the bench, it seems to me that if people had been on the ball earlier, the laws could have been changed years ago and we wouldn't be having this fight now. Laws need to be changed so that if a spouse like Michael Shiavo is a problem, parents can seek guardianship and take control of medical decisions. Laws are being changed now, FIFTEEN YEARS into this struggle while Terri lie dying.
I have a theory. If we'd had Fox News and Michael Savage 15 years ago like we do now... we wouldn't be here today.
Unfortunately, way to late for Terri.
That's something Jeb Bush most definitely can stop--
When was the last time you ever heard a judge ever admit that he might be wrong?
I don't know.
No autopsy. She will be cremated
What do think the Cubs chances are this season?
I have just these things to say...May I quote? "What goes around, comes around", "You reap what you sow" and finally this, "Those who live by the sword, will die by the sword"
