I agree, America is not a dictatorship, that is why we have a separation of powers.
The Constitution doesn't allow for such intervention.

We should consider the fact that even if attempts to save Terri fail and she does in fact die, there may be a higher purpose in her death.
The fact that this case is so high profile might mean that even with her death, things might put set in place that serve a purpose larger than we can comprehend right now.
God's will is going to be done. We just don't know what means right now.

The constitution does so allow for executive orders all the time,like deployment of troops for example or the draft.

It is amusing to watch people argue FOR a Judicial Oligarcy that combines the power to judge with the ability to cast aside legislation and relegislate out of whole cloth and expect slavish executive police enforcement in the name of 'separation of powers.' Being enotionally pro-Death drives some people to amazing contradictions.
