I agree, America is not a dictatorship, that is why we have a separation of powers. The Constitution doesn't allow for such intervention.

It is amusing to watch people argue FOR a Judicial Oligarcy that combines the power to judge with the ability to cast aside legislation and relegislate out of whole cloth and expect slavish executive police enforcement in the name of 'separation of powers.' Being enotionally pro-Death drives some people to amazing contradictions.
