I am at a loss to explain why Jeb hasn't clapped Greer and that Shiavo so-called husband in chains, turned Terri over as a ward of the State, and explained that as a citizen of Florida, she has a Right to Life.
Greer can't be arrested by a governor; the legislature has the power of impeachment and can bring the judge up on charges. Toss her husband in chains? For what? Following a judicial order? It'd take anyone ten seconds to get him out of jail.
But most of all, you're assuming that Jeb wants to have a political career beyond this. I don't think he does. And I certainly wouldn't judge him solely on this one case.

A Contempt of Court charge by Greer would have zero popular support, and Jeb would be a hero.............FRegards

Finally someone with some common sense! I don't want Terri to die either and totally disagree with the courts, but we are a nation of laws and I believe that Jeb Bush has and will do everything that he can to keep her a live.
