Yeah, just playing with the bit will cause him to pop his shoulder out, and he'll follow his shoulder. I know because I have the same problem. (All The Time) with one of the horses that I ride. When you're tracking to the right, use your outside leg to push him around the circle, making him follow it and making him use his corners. If you use your inside leg and inside rein, his outside should will pop out and he'll have no choice but to follow it, therefore that's why he goes wide on the circle and falls out of it.
Does that make any sense?

I think he is going wide because I'm using to much inside leg. Your right about as soon as I correct and use my outside leg, the circle rounds up better, sometimes our circlies are more flat tire shape:)
