I'm not sure that is the best thing to do, and executive order for this one person seems to circumvent all the checks and balances we have now.....Congress has done what it needs to do....You want the executive branch to start interceding in personal family matters????????

This transcends family matters. We are talking about the vagaries of a broken judicial system in FL allowing a man to kill his wife.

What checks and balances are there on the courts? Two legislatures and two executives have acted and been ignored by one local trial court judge. It is the reason we have Roe v. Wade and civil courts determining the disposition of terrorists captured on the battlefield - no fear of contradiction. This is the perfect case to establish that the Judicial Oligarchy is not necessarily the final word. They were last handed this lesson in 1831 by Andrew Jackson. They need to be humbled at least once a century or so to maintain balance.

A Governor can pardon criminals, can't this Governor issue a stay for Terri!

Never in my wildest dreams would I have thought that a slow and cruel murder would be committed in front of everyone.

Our Constitution, guaranteeing our right to life, is being trampled upon, while we sit back and watch.

This is not a personal family matter. Terri is not property! She is alive!

Wake up people. Who do they come after next.
