I did understand that. And I think I'm agreeing with you under a different angle.

I think if Bush did swoop in, the target should be Greer and Co. and not the full focus on Terri.

Terri isn't the only victim and to just save her would be unfair to those who never got the media attention.

But, if he swooped in on Greer and Co., it would leave alot available for discovery with the fraud and conspiracy with the connections betwen the Hospice, Hemlock Society and the monies owed to FL.

If the president exercised his constitutional right to write an executive order, he would be counter-balancing an out-of-control judiciary in this case.

Not only is it the constitutional thing to do - it is the right thing to do.
