Here's the rest of the info on that dancing show. The name of it is "SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE?".

It is a joint production between American Idol, American Bandstand and the American Music Awards.

It was created by Idol producers, Simon Fuller and Nigel Lythgoe and comes from 19 TV Ltd. and Dick Clark productions. It is executive-produced by Simon Fuller, Nigel Lythgoe and Allen Shapiro.

So it's another 19 Entertainment Production.

It's sure got some power names involved, that's for sure.

Someone who said he worked as a cameraman for the New York audition said that they were sending to Hollywood, all sorts of dancers, from classical and ballet to hip hop and jazz.

It also says that Fox may air it as early as the fall. I couldn't find anything about judges or voting stuff though.

Speaking of reality shows ... I had no clue until today that there are entire web sites that consist of casting calls for these reality shows. And there are a LOT of reality shows now! Now it can be told. I knew yesterday morning that Carrie would be the winner! My basement wall told me. There's a wet spot that dried out and had letters on it in that white stuff (limestone residue?) that seeps thru concrete block.

It said "IDOL" on the first line; second and third line were a series of "C's" for Carrie. Don't believe me? I am going to take a photo with my digital and try to post it.

And yes, I am certifiable.
