Oh my, thank you, but how could anyone feel bad after that
fabulous and classy AI production?
It was perfectly paced and completely entertaining.
So glad we taped this.
I'm no mind reader, but I bet Bo got exactly what he
wanted out of this, and more.
AI has launched a career he seems more than ready for, which is up to him now to make or break.
It was a great show. I taped it also and I've already seen it twice. That spoof of the Prime Time Live thing was priceless!
Bo will do very well for himself, I'm quite sure of that.
As I said earlier to someone, Bo wasn't my pick to win, but I would still buy one of his CD's as a show of support for his talent and demeanor, as well as overcoming a drug problem.
Those things count for a lot. Bo is a class act and I appreciate that.
Carrie was lovely and her voice was strong and clear.
They both will have amazing careers!
That would effectively end the show for me. :)
Congratulations on a thread well read!
I agree with Simon...once again,
"America" (and Simon), "got it right."
I just love the way that thing puckers up for you!
I think Fox and Friends said that they will be speaking to both of them today.
That's MY squirrel
Get Carmen Rasmussen's...It's really good..her voice has matured..
"But, wow. Vanessa Williams can flat-out dance. I was very impressed with how she picked up on the particular sharp, fast-paced Latin style."
Vanessa Williams is a major talent. Her singing voice is beautiful - so clear, like a bell.
There IS good talent out there and AI is a showcase for new singers. It is a good way to find them.
Ugh, I remember that Junior Idol show. What a disaster. It was almost as bad as Simon Cowell's CBS dating show--almost.
I Googled for some pics of Debbie Gibson--wow, she's grown up! If AI did replace Paula with her it might work. They would have to handle it just right, though. Like replacing Shelly Long with Kirstie Alley :)
Thank you :)
A guy on another site noticed that the director had Bo's family (with Bo's grandmother) labeled as Carrie's family and that was the reaction shot they got when she was announced as the winner. Maybe they were drunk since it was the last show.
I noticed, LOL :-D
Yeah, no kidding. My wife made the same comment. She doesn't have a body like Nadia. Why was she wearing such a top?
Hi! :) Great show last night. My only complaint is I wish the first hour was as entertaining as the second. George Benson, Billy Preston, Kenny Wayne Shepard--David Hasselhoff!--and Carrie's winning moment was perfect. Great ending to a great season :)
