Sorry didn't realize that all caps would offend so many people. Reside in Utah & fighting w/ex over pet custody. During visitation he decided to keep her instead of bringing her back as agreed. Desperate to find any information that would help me get her back quickly
If he violated a temporary joint custody agreement then something might be done. If you have no written agreement then you may be up a creek.
