PLEASE HELP!! TRYING TO FIND ANY INFORMATION CONCERNING DOG CUSTODY/OWNERSHIP. IS THERE ANY MEASURE THAT I CAN TAKE TO HELP OBTAIN SOLE GUARDIANSHIP IN COURT? I CANT FIND ANY INFORMATION REGUARDING CUSTODY DELEGATION.......ANY & ALL HELP EXTREMELY APPRECIATED

The two things judges look at in animal custody cases are how many vanities a person has posted and if they use all caps.

Trying to take custody? If that person loves the animal as much as you do, prepare to spend some serious $$$, at least that's my opinion, unless you have that "ace" up your sleeve. I would try the animal activists sites if you really wanna win, i bet they got some really good tricks. ;)

You don't give a whole lot of info. Do you own the dog or did you find the dog. Did the neighbor abuse the dog so you took care of it and now think you own it. Is it a dog that is property in a divorce. Not much advice to give just on what you posted.
And turn your caps lock off. People hate to be yelled at.
