Sure you do. You have the right to try and get their site shut down just as you have the right to join an organization to ban guns or ban smoking or ban anything for that matter.
You just are not going to find much solidarity here.
I guess I'm just a little more offended by that anti-Christian and anti-Semetic stuff than my fellow Freepers.
Oh, and you can lose the sanctimonious "noooobody cares but me!!!" attitude. Realizing that there are websites out there that spew ignorant bile and taking up a crusade to sanitize the internet are two different things.
Well, I can see this was a mistake. After reading some of the responses to me, and posts in other threads, I regret the idea of coming here. For example; in an other thread, some lady was spilling her heart about an abortion, and people were questioning whether it was a true story or not. What is that all about? I didn't see her asking for anything, certainly not to be questioned about the veracity of her story. And what difference would that make anyway?
As for my thread, I just asked for help. It would be real easy to say "no", even easier to say nothing at all.
Am I some other poster that has been lurking? No. This is day one for me...not that you all will believe me any more than the abortion lady, but that's the facts.
And Drew, I can be as sanctimonious as I want. Whether you like it or not. If trying to shut down an anti-semitic and anti-Christian site is not your thing, fine, don't do it.
