I liked drawing more than anything else but unless you are really good at it and lucky, engineering pays better. Now it is a really dusty hobby that I don't do that often. Back in highschool I did a lot of illustrating for our books. Had a really nice set of rapidographs. I learned my photoshop by scanning stuff in and cleaning it up in there.
