I looked in my 1982 Lutheran hymnal, and the first two were in there, but I still cannot account for the third.
I am used to hearing "All Glory, Laud, and Honor," "From Calvary's Cross I Heard Christ Say," and "Jesus, in Your Dying Woes" for Passion Week. Hmm, interesting.
Third may be new, or may be enjoying a revival.
We sing "All Glory, Laud and Honor" but I don't recall there being a special Easter connotation. The others are familiar - probably they're in the hymnbook but I haven't sung them.
Also Eastertide songs: "Up From the Grave" and "Christ the Lord is Risen Today". And more modern, "Morning Sun".
