It's not dead, just sleepin'!

Literally, I just woke up! I can't hardly type I'm so bleary and it's almost 9am!

Good morning!! Good morning!

Only one more day till the weekend. VW Club meets again this weekend and we're going to join. They go out to eat afterward, which I got the impression that is the only reason they have the meeting...just so they can all drive their classic cars and go out to eat. LOL

Talon!! Great picture! Thank you so much for posting it!

Morning everyone!

Okay, last week bittygirl unscrewed her bottle in her crib. I thought maybe I had not screwed it on tight enough or something. Tuesday, this week, she did it again, this time in the car on the way to grandma's. I thought, okay, maybe it is a fluke. Last night, she unscrewed the mentholatum and stuck her spoon in it, ready to take a bite, YIKES! We decide, it ain't a fluke. Today, she unscrewed the lid to the kitty litter jug.

elf-boy ~never~ tried anything like this. I am sure he could have if he had tried, but that is just it... he never thought of it. I am suddenly having a new appreciation for childproof caps.

Anyone elses kids do this at 10 months?

Clare had writing class this morning instead of tomorrow when it usually is. I was about 1:30 getting to bed, and I saw her light was on, so I told her to get on to sleep since she had to get up earlier than she usually does for class. She was up before I was, and I wondered why until I realized that she'd never really gone to bed! She stayed up creating a flyer that she wanted to put up at Joseph's school for the Anime Club movie night which is tomorrow night at the public high school. She finished that about 4:30 then napped until about 7.

Her time was wasted, though because the principal at Joseph's school wouldn't let her put it up. We understood why; none of the St John's boys are part of the club, and St. J's has something going on tomorrow night at the school, so they didn't want competing events.

One the way down to Providence for class, she crawled in the back seat and fell asleep. The teacher said she was zoning in class, too, and understood when I told her she hadn't slept. She slept on the way home, too, but I told her she'd better get a good sleep until 3, then she had to get up and get her work done.
