The first one was neat...and really, the second was too, just not so professional. I really can't wait to get out there and get that fender! It's the exact same color and everything as mine!
Joshua is the only Okie in our family!
Hate to tell you but you're all Okies...
Sis, I'm a Texan and always will be! LOL I love Oklahoma, I really do. Some of the sweetest people in the world. Kind-hearted and such. I don't really want to go back to Texas.
But I'm still a Texan! So is Matthew. Steve is still a Minnesotan.
That said, I gotta go get some chicken feed!
BBL
I think the snow followed us on out here. We've had weather in the sixties and even seventies, with green grass and daffodils and tulips blooming...but sure 'nuff, it's snowing and blowing out there. Icky!
Changed my FR flag. *sniff* That's nice, but Vermont has been home pretty much my whole life. Even when I was in Germany, I thought of it as home.
Bittersweet. Lotta that going around.
This is the car I was telling you about. Same year, same color as mine. I won't have those fancy tires, but hopefully, mine will someday look just as good!
Natural lawnmowers and the rough look are fine by me!
Looks like heaven!
Ours is greening up too.
Can't get the chicken feed...Steve took my van.
Too much Herbie the Love Bug as a kid? Maybe.
But the KdFwagen is a pretty cool little ride.
Yeah! I know what you mean! When the one in the picture took off, Steve and I just laughed! It has the funniest sound!
Is it a secluded spot? Did you smell a strong chemical odor like rotten citrus or sweet ammonia? Were they skinny or skanky-looking?
That might be a meth lab, not a still.
Or maybe they're wondering why a car guy brought the wife and kids, not knowing how chauvinist that statement would be in your case...
Morning 2J; good work on the bug parts-yeah, sometimes the salvage and woodsy types can be 'eccentric'. :-)
Morning OT; got more mulch and some weed killer - made by the aspirin folks. :-)
Gypsygirl is catching some rays - T shirt time shortly.
Rosie-snow in the high country can happen at any time, been snowed on in May, June and then started up again in September. Didn't last long but it were snow, sure surprised me. :-)
Hair-nice looking horse trailer, have you checked out the goose neck variety? They're getting popular around here.
Heh heh...keep readin'!
Good morning! How are you doing! You have clear weather? Ours is overcast and really windy.
I only bring it up because I drove by a junkyard here in PA a while back and was briefly overcome with just such an odor (and I was in my car with the windows up!), so I thought of that immediately. Of course, I don't KNOW what was going on, but on the other hand, I know what was going on there.
Goosenecks are popular, and do pull nicely. The gooseneck hitch is popular for trailers heavier than this one, for 3 or more horses in particular. Mostly because they are easier to turn and back up than bumper-pulls are when the trailer starts getting really long, so does your turning radius.
But it also hampers your ability to use the bed of the truck. Dad's truck has a heavy duty bumper tow package installed already, it just doesn't seem worth the intallation of a new hitch for a two horse trailer.
Good morning 2J--We're fine; our weather is still pretty; sunny and getting warmer. OB is back out spreading mulch; and I need to be joining him :-)
