Good evening!
Pirates! Ayyye!
Arrrrrggghhhh!
*grin*
They just released the box set of "Pee Wee's Playhouse". I rented one DVD (season 1, EPs 1-7). Believe it or not, my kids absolutely love it!
And in all honesty, I laugh along with them.
I feel sorry for what happened to Paul Reubens. That Pee Wee Herman character was goofy, but fun. The bust in the adult theatre totally killed a great character.
You can't tell me you were really surprised ;~)
Not surprised, but a bit hacked off that they picked on him because he was famous.
Then again, if you're as rich as Paul, why on earth would you take matters into your own hands at a slimy peep show place?
Tried a recipe from "Primitive Archer" a couple days ago, chili rubbed bison with sweet potato hash. It shocked me by being really good. However, I did not shoot the buffalo, had a couple steaks in freezer that had been a gift.
I can't explain... ;~D
I'll bet that there are two of you that are looking forward to the sunroom.
What the heck is the deal with them contractataters anyway? Don't they know that you are with a kitty that ~ needs ~ her sunroom NOW.
Evening Ramius.
Evening Sam, glad the recipe turned out, the PA has lots of good recipes.
I really enjoy the 'Medicine Man' column each month. Heck it's all goood.
Any new 'bows in progress'?
~snicker~
No bows at the moment, am a little short on time. I am working on my marksmanship a little, though. Not accurate enough to be sure of making a quick kill shot yet, but am pretty sure I'd at least hit the deer if I took the shot.
But yes, I surely agree, I don't have enough bows in the house yet.
When we were first married Mrs. and I used to watch Pee Wee's Playhouse on Saturday mornings.
Cowboy Curtis turned out alright...
Sure about that...?
Well, I only made it thru the first one of them...
Just heard from Rosie! They've stopped for the night in Davenport Iowa. May or may not be all the way to Fort Collins tomorrow! They sound very tired but the trip is going fairly well.
Very good.
She really ought to give Iowa a try.
Wooohooo!!
I'm so excited!
Yay!
Parenthetically, the Amazing Race episode tonight really highlighted the creative editing used to make the Race seem close.
I loved him too, Ruthy...
Steve and I used to wake up in the morning and lay on the couch and eat chocolate bars and drink orange juice and watch PeeWee's Playhouse...every Saturday.
I might have to rent it.
Funniest thing on that show? When the Genie...what was his name? He had ordered a set of hands! He said "I know the first thing I'm gonna do with them!" Then arched his eyebrows and said no more.
Steve and I just roared.
