I actually think that movie theatres that host mother/baby movies are a good idea. The babies are too young to know what is going on on the screen and it gives the moms a chance to meet other moms with young kids and allows them to see new films. They don't just exist in Santa Monica. They have them all over the country...

It lists the sexual responses of children acquired from one of Kinsey’s sources, a pedophile who kept detailed records of his child rapes, including those of a baby of 5 months and a 4-year-old he sexually manipulated for 24 hours.
What a thoroughly enlightened movie choice.
I think this film would appeal to the kind of family with two moms. ;-)
BTW, I used to work in Santa Monica, years ago, when it was still a pleasant little beach town. It's quite different now.
