You can't get every single parent to "raise their children right" (and who is to say what is "right",they'll tell you!),nor even everyone to become more moral.

Historically,mankind has gone through cycles of libertinism and strict moralism,which have all been more or less self induced,though enforced by laws.

If it hadn't been for the wussie adults,who not only let the hippy credo thrive,but embraced quite a lot of it,then things would be different today. And yes,parts of it were not only funded by the KGB,but engendered by it.
