We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail!
Good morning!!
Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!
The Pope's tracheotomy means that, without external aids, he will now be unable to speak.
Canada has refused to join America in building an anti-missile defense shield for the continent. In effect, this surrenders Canadian sovereignity to the United States with respect to their airspace--the chances that America would ignore a missile in flight over Canada is nil, despite protestations from Ottawa that Canada expects to be consulted regarding any violation of their airspace.
The Center for [Junk] Science in the Public Interest said the Federal Government has done little to regulate the amount of salt in food.
And, the Washington Pravda, in their continuing assualt on the Administration, took issue with Sec'y Rice's clothing selection as she visited the American army facility in Wiesbaden. The rag stated: "Rice boldly eschewed the typical fare chosen by powerful American women on the world stage. She was not wearing a bland suit with a loose-fitting skirt and short boxy jacket with a pair of sensible pumps. She did not cloak her power in photogenic hues, a feminine brooch and a non-threatening aesthetic. ... Rice's coat and boots speak of sex and power -- such a volatile combination, and one that in political circles rarely leads to anything but scandal. When looking at the image of Rice in Wiesbaden, the mind searches for ways to put it all into context. It turns to fiction, to caricature. To shadowy daydreams. Dominatrix! It is as though sex and power can only co-exist in a fantasy. When a woman combines them in the real world, stubborn stereotypes have her power devolving into a form that is purely sexual. For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.
Hello.
Excellent! Lots of good work on that thread!
Tonight, Trill and I are going out (somewhere) for fajitas. Mmmm. Tex-mex.

Got your message this week. Sorry that you've been out of touch, especially when you're getting ready to be so utterly out of touch for so long.
Wish Trill a belated Happy Birthday from me.
*hugs*
Bump! Your tagline says it all, LOL.
Yup, take care.
enjoy your evening out!
Little Green Footballs is carrying the WC art fraud story too.

Got to go to bed. I will check in in the morning. Good night!
Now time to get some sleep.......see you all in the AM.
See the following:

Great article about North Korea.
So is the gist of this story that Churchill copied other's work and sold it as his own? Or did he copy it and hang it in his home? Or both?
I do not have the patience or the energy to plod thru a 500+ post thread.
I saw the film on O'Really showing Churchill acting like an A$$ with the TV reporter.
I'll connect with you in August. We'll be in Ketchikan about the 9th, unless my cousin's schedule isn't in line with mine. I sent her my schedule, she should have it today, so this coming week, I should hear from her.
Let's see he's an "arteeest" with another's idea, he's an American Indian, but has not Indian blood in his veins, is he really a professor? Has anyone checked his credentials? He's been able to pass himself off as quite a few things for many, many years...Are his transcripts available for the public to see?
Goodnight All. See you in the AM.
Yes, don't know if he has his own forgeries hanging in his home or not but wouldn't be surprised.
He reversed the one picture in question that brought the issue up. That FR thread I linked has others that have been found originally done by somebody else that Churchill copied and signed his name to.
Somebody on the thread posted that copying artwork in the public domain is done all the time by artists and is no problem. But copying a modern artist is a whole different story. And a poster on wretchard's blog stated that copying American Indian artwork or artifacts and passing them as genuine is a federal crime, although I have no idea if that's true.
Churchill also became violent and physically assaulted the News4 cameraman or reporter who tried to ask him about the story. The transcript of the incident is on wretchard's blog Belmont Club.
I also had a couple of Dos Equis(sp) amber drafts, so I'm going to call it a night. ;>)

Typical leftist reaction.
Night all.
