I'm sorry, but the top 10 should consist solely of Westerns and war movies.

agreed. Godfather, matrix and caddyshack are just good movies. Not "Guy" movies.

Oh c'mon, what about Steel Magnolias? I mean, I don't want to come off sounding like some kinda queer, but that was a really good movie. Tell me you didn't get weepy when Julia Roberts died? That was a real tear jerker. Get me that film, a box of bon-bons, a head full of curlers, and a big box of Puffs Plus, that's a good time!
And don't get me started on Terms of Endearment...

I'm sorry - THE MATRIX? That belongs on the top ten list of Geek Movies made by and for guys who like to wear women's clothing.
Where's THE WILD BUNCH? GUNGA DIN? THE WAGES OF FEAR? THE MAN WHO WOULD BE KING? ZULU?
So many missing.

Chevy Chase's "Fletch" made the list and "Patton" didn't?!?!? That list is hereby declared null and void.
To: pissant
Yes, after the top 10, this list sucks.
There needs to be more war movies, fighting, and comedy on this list.
For example, where is "Roadhouse"?

My two cents as a woman: Die Hard was one of my favorite movies of all times, and I'm partial to period movies and southern flicks.
Second runner up: Animal House. because i lived there in college.

Great guy movies...Animal House and THe Blues Brothers. Both favorites of every guy I know.
To: pissant
Missing from the list:
Terminator 2 (better than the first one)
Godfather 2 (equal in quality to the first)
Monty Python and the Holy Grail (rare to find a chick that likes this)
Field of Dreams (ok ok, guys can be sensitive too)
Braveheart
Dr. Strangelove
Shouldn't be on the list:
Diner
Easy Rider
Dazed and Confused

I would put "The Wild Bunch" in the Top 10. Make "The Magnificent Seven" and "The Seven Samurai" tied for #10.
