I do not believe that. There are more black legislatures in the South than there is in the North East.

(Assuming you mean legislators,) How many of them are Republicans? More than that, how do Southern blacks vote, compared to the 90% 'D' that we see nationally (which includes the South)?

Is she gay? Can anyone say for sure? Just asking.

She's apparently pro-choice. That alone is enough to send me searching for any suitable alternative.
